Play Incomplete Video Downloads From IDM

Steps:

1. Goto  run by clicking windows+R

     2. type "%appdata%" (without quotes)

     3. goto the folder IDM

     4. click on "DwnlData"

     5. check for the file and try your luck ;)  (if not goto Idm click on the file properties check for the            address note it and search for file in foder)

     6.open the file and click to open with VLC player
